The hotel rooms are very spacious. I found lots of sun loungers available. breakfast was excellent with loads of choices. the staff was very friendly, even with a language barrier, and they gave my son a cake and candle for his birthday. the wedding venue was beautiful among palm trees.

i noticed a very slight issue, the quality of the shampoo and soap provided could be better, and there was no body lotion available.

the hotel offers great access to the beach and a large, clean pool with numerous loungers. the poolside cafe provides good food, and i enjoyed walking to various nearby spots from the hotel. the view from the balcony was BEAUTIFUL!!!

the resort offered ample parking, that part was at least straightforward.

i had an allergic reaction due to mislabeled food, i carry an epipen for a peanut allergy but can eat other nuts. the hotel restaurant staff were unbelievably unhelpful, they didn't appreciate how serious this was and couldn't tell us what was actually in my meal beyond 'mixed nuts'. it was like they just didn't care.

Beyond Expectations, A Fantastic Getaway!

The breakfast offered so many choices and the live chef was a treat. Rooms were spacious and super clean. I especially loved the wedding venue, it was beautiful. I enjoyed the walking path and boardwalk that offered a great way for morning exercise. Staff members were pleasant and very accommodating.

There was no quick pedestrian access to the main door when parking in front of the hotel. I had to walk around the entire car access road. It felt strange and things were not well thought.

the hotel boasts a very spacious reception and dining room.. the bedroom and bathroom area were equally large and clean. i felt very secure , thanks to the hotel's security measures. breakfast offered excellent choices, ensuring a good start to each day.
